It is the responsibility of the parents to ensure that all forms are filled out correctly and completed and submitted on time to the receiving school.  Parents must decide on the school to be attended as soon as is reasonable possible and notify the schools involved. 
Please note that transfers to non-catchment area schools are not a guaranteed placement.
